The part of Wannelle is played by Carol MacAlister; D. Gene Wilburn by Wayne Keyes; Jenna by Diane Keyes; Maxie by Nina Rago; Carmine by Guy Bailey; Ty by Bob Horvath; Lola by Alesia Bischoff; Sonny by Ron Banaszak; and Roxanne by Michelle Horvath.

7:00 p.m. at The United Methodist Church of Sun City Center where we welcome the Cypress Creek Jazz Band to our beautiful sanctuary at 1971 Haverford Avenue, SCC. The Cypress Creek Jazz Band will be returning to present a benefit concert for the Sun City Center Security Patrol titled “Keep Calm, Keep Jazzy With the Cypress Creek Jazz Band”. The Cypress Creek Jazz band is a group of local musicians with strong roots in the Tampa music scene. They perform a New Orleans's style jazz, joyful Dixieland jazz, Spiritual Dixieland Hymns and Old-time gospel. They have performed together for over 7 years all over the Tampa area at venues like the Straz Center, Carrollwood Cultural Center, Dade City Kumquat Festival as well as many others. They also have played at corporate events, festivals, weddings, Madri Gras, and community events. But what keeps this group together is their love for the early jazz music of New Orleans Dixieland. “Arguably the happiest of all music is Dixieland jazz. The sound of several horns all improvising together on fairly simple chord changes with definite roles for each instrument but a large amount of freedom, cannot help but sound consistently joyful.” – Scott Yanow. Please come and enjoy the sounds of the streets of New Orleans and support this special community volunteer organization. Tickets are $20 Advance $25 At the Door and are available at the Pages of Life Book Store Sun 9:30-12:30 and M-Th-10:00-2:00, Church Office M-Th 8:30-4:00 and online at lovethelight.org/events.
